Antiques and me

In a way I have been involved with antiques just about my whole life. As a child I was fascinated with them - the mystery, the quality and the beauty of each object or item always captivated me.

Of course later on I became an avid collector. I never specialised in any one area because I found everything that was truly antique to be wonderful.

Circumstances in life eventually led me to become a dealer, but I have never lost that fascination which I experienced as a small boy, when finding a rare, unusual or unique item.

I guess that is my area: finding the truly unusual and sometimes unique antique or collectable. This certainly is an interesting field of work - after more than 30 passionate years there is always something new to learn or a surprising find at the next junk shop around the corner.

I admit it: I am a true and utter addict!

Directions to the Fair

The market is situated in the Alphen Centre (a Community Centre) in Main Road Constantia, opposite Constantia Village.
